Jimmy and Babette - Pikes Peak and Royal Gorge

Pikes Peak is the highest summit, at 14,115 feet, of the southern Rocky Mountains, in North America, located west of downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado. The mountain is named in honor of American explorer Zebulon Pike.

The Royal Gorge Bridge is located near Cañon City, Colorado.  The bridge crosses the Royal Gorge 955 feet above the Arkansas River and is the highest bridge in the United States. It is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
