Space debris came down in a farmer’s field, a walnut ranch near Hanford, about 17 miles east of Dolores’s farm.
The walnut farmer located a large and unusual metal object in his orchard.
Detectives got on the case and reached out to Vandenberg Air Force Base. They learned the object was most likely a fuel tank from a satellite owned by a communications satellite company.
