History Lesson:
All of us "old timers" know that 3030 was on Chevy Chase Canyon - Mother Ferry's home. Our grandfather, Peter L. is the one who paved and put in the first road through here. When we grew up homes were sparse in this wooded canyon and 3030 was in a setting by itself--as I remember we could hear hyenas laughing at night (or maybe it was coyotes).
Her home brings many wonderful memories!
3030 is marked with the yellow pin below--it's amazing to me to see all of the homes in the area now (thanks Jim for the picture).
